In 2020 we started working for the designer’s favourite estate agent, The Modern House. Tasked among other things to refresh their original identity, we designed a semi-flexible holding system that derived from the master logo and supported their secondary identities by adjusting the first capital letters from the main logo each time. To meet the requirements of a thoroughly 21st century brand, all deliverables were designed to work just as persuasively online as in print and included stationery, social, ads, edms, valuation and sales packs, as well as a comprehensive set of guidelines.
